WVConnectivity.net serves as a center for data and research on broadband technologies, business technology tools, business development ideas and community development strategies.  Provided in this section of the web portal are links to a wide range of research reports and other strategy documents to aid in helping to advance technology use among businesses, community and residential users.

Throughout the coming year ongoing research and additional data will be completed as part of the West Virginia Small Business Technology Education & Competitiveness Initiative.
